Off- Season
Sunday - Friday (except holidays) in May, June & September and October. Minimum stay 2 days (exc. holidays)
Main Season
1.7.-2.9.2024, and every Friday- Sunday/ & off-season holidays. Minimum stay 4 days.

Suite for 2 persons, appr. 45 sqm. + terrace + direct access to the lake

Charming apartment on the first floor of the former court building from the 19th century (no elevator!).
Wonderful view over the Meran Piazza with its little church. From the vast roof terrace on the same floor superb view to St. Pauls church.

Large living room with a stove to heat in by yourself, comfortable furniture, dining corner. Dining table. Two separate sleeping rooms, each with a double bed and table. Well- resourced kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, hub, kettle with tea bags, Nespresso cafemachine and all the cooking essentials you need. Dining table.
Bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer and washing machine. Separate toilet, central heating. Bed linen and bath towels provided.
Dogs are not allowed, sorry. Non-smoking-apartment. Free WiFi included.
Supermarket in the house and other nice shops around.
Public parking around the corner.

Your apartment is available as of 3:00 pm.
On your day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out until 10:00 am.
No pets allowed, sorry.
One parking spot per apartment available, additional spots on request.
Conditions for late cancellation
Annoying and important - the small print:
Conditions for late cancellation: For all bookings & reservations we refer to Austrian "Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen für die Hotellerie 2006 (AGHB 2006)". Should you, for whatever reason, not make use of your accomodation, we will do our utmost to rent it to someone else. If we however cannot rent it, the following cancellation conditons will apply: Up to 1 month until arrival: free, 29 - 15 days until arrival: 40 %, 14 – 3 days until arrival: 70 %, from 2 days 100% of the total price is applicable. The cancellation policy also applies to late arrival and early departure.
Just in case: we recommend a travel insurance to mitigate any possible disruptions
